As a depth facilitator, community activist, educator, artistic director, and composer, Molly Sturges has been working at the intersection of participatory arts, activism, community organizing, spirituality and education for over twenty-eight years. As well, she is an active depth facilitator, organizational advisor, and coach in the areas of creativity and well-being working with a range of clients across the nation. A United States Artist Fellow in Music, Molly’s career is a tapestry of music, creativity, community building and consulting. She’s experienced in crafting and implementing innovative artistic creations with diverse communities, advising on community projects, and consulting in a wide range of contexts from leadership teams to nursing homes, to interdisciplinary neuroscience labs.
As a collaborator, Molly lends her professional experiences to consulting on behalf of creative innovation, arts based immersive learning, and whole person consulting. She also focuses her efforts on areas close to her heart, including social justice and dismantling unjust and inequitably systems and practices, planetary health, and restorative holistic practices. A recipient of numerous awards and honors, Molly is sought after as a speaker, workshop leader, composer, and leader of improvisational musical projects .
