Community Wellbeing Training

Stepping into a community to facilitate groups that foster compassion-centered whole person health and strengthen community connection  requires a skilled and steady hand. That is why Immergent has developed a Community Wellbeing Training in collaboration with the University of Minnesota Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing.

This six-module curriculum, led by seasoned community engagement “wellbeing guides”  cultivates pluralistic and creative spaces of collective meaning making, heart-felt dialogue, co-creation, positive futures making, and storytelling. Integrating contemplative and participatory art practices, social justice, and ways of nature practices, this accessible training is relevant both for people already working with groups and communities and those who wish to do so in the future.

Developed over decades of collaborating with people in trauma infused and community circle settings, participants will come away with potent tools and guide maps that can be immediately put to use, and strategies for navigating common and pressing group challenges.

Helping people bring their communities together.
